Teaching Assistant Position(s) (50% FTE) Summer Quarter 2012
A Teaching Assistant is needed in the Department of Psychosocial and Community Health for NURS 419 and NCLIN 411 (25% FTE for each class) in Summer Quarter. The TA will be responsible for assisting Dr. Walsh in coordinating and managing a senior leadership and management course, and a senior capstone clinical experience
Roles and Responsibilities of the TA include:
- Evaluation of class assignments
- Development of educational and testing material
- Literature search, duplication and distribution of educational material
- Assist in preparation of course materials, and assist in presenting course content when appropriate
- Assist in keeping track of student assignments, attendance and other matters related to administrative tasks
- Other duties as assigned when needed
