Community Health Director
Aljoya Mercer Island, an Era Living retirement community located conveniently between Seattle and Bellevue, has an outstanding professional opportunity as the Community Health Director.
The Community Health Director is responsible for managing Health and Wellness services and programs for the community. This position is responsible for the supervision of the assisted living staff, resident case management, supervising the wellness clinic, health education and promotion activities.
We seek candidates with the following qualifications:
- Registered Nurse, BSN preferred
- Expanded knowledge of WA state Boarding Home regulations
- Experience and skill in managing persons with cognitive impairment
- Proven success in teaching and training paraprofessionals
- Fantastic customer service skills
